POSITION DETAILS Hematology / Oncology

• Location: Kentucky
• Setting: Outpatient/ Clinic
• Locum will see hematology patients
• Patient Volume: 15-20/day
• Required Experience: Chemotherapy, Blood transfusions, Immunotherapy
• Leukemia and Sickle Cell patients will be seen at this location
• APP Support/Supervision: Each MD has 1 FTE Clinic RN
• EMR: EPIC
• Requirements: Ac tive KY License, Board Certified
