Setting: Outpatient Cancer Center + inpatient rounding/call

• Clinic Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 4:40 PM
• Call every other week (offsite, phone-based,
• When on call, provider rounds in hospital AM or PM
• Patient volume /day
• New visits 45 min Follow-ups 15 min
• Infusion center onsite, NP support daily
• Locums not solo; admits/consults during call weeks
• Seeking 2 full-time locums due to upcoming retirement (April 2026)

Requirements:
MD/DO, board certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology (or combined fellowship with one board), KY or compact license preferred, BLS or ACLS, DEA, EPIC experience.
