Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to care for 8-13 students as Flex Houseparents. Couples will provide daily supervision, guidance, and manage household routines while actively engaging in students’ growth. After initial assignments across different homes, couples will transition to a dedicated home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor students consistently
• Organize household routines and student schedules
• Administer necessary wellness and medications
• Participate in daily activities and chapel sessions
• Handle budgeting and household reporting
Requirements:
• Experience with youth preferred
• Couples must be legally married for over two years
