HGV Technician – Ashford (London)

Salary: £49,000 basic | OTE: up to £55,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (45 hours per week)

• £49,000 basic salary

• Profit‑related annual bonus of £2,000–£4,000
• Class 2 HGV licence training provided (at no cost if not already held)
• 25 days holiday, increasing with length of service
• Monday to Friday, day shifts only – no weekend work

Key Requirements

• Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair – essential
• Proven experience as an HGV Technician or Mechanic
• Refuse vehicle experience – desirable
• Class 2 HGV licence – desirable (training provided if required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work
