High Performance – Junior Tennis Team Lead Job Expectations
Manage and continue to develop the High Performance Academy program – includes staffing, scheduling, co-teaching, registration, curriculum, etc. Work 8+ hours of private/semi-private lessons with High Performance players Work hours of High Performance Classes Ability to attract, develop, and retain top-level junior tennis players in Wisconsin playing ability level (necessary for hitting lessons with the top players in the program) Develop and implement workshops and special programming for High Performance Academy program participants Available for communication with High Performance players/parents and able to provide clear and concise guidance to players/parents.
