**Job Title: High Reach Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on operating high reach, stand-up reach truck forklifts to accurately pick and move orders within a busy, climate-controlled warehouse. You will work at an efficient pace to meet established quotas, spend most of your time on a stand-up forklift, and occasionally perform order picking and material handling by hand. Experience with Crown stand-up lifts is highly valued, though strong reach truck skills on similar equipment are also considered.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate high reach, stand-up reach truck forklifts to pick and move orders throughout the warehouse.
+ Accurately pick orders according to pick lists and ensure items are handled and staged correctly.
+ Maintain an efficient work pace and consistently meet or exceed supervisor-assigned order quotas.
