Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives within the insurance domain. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple requisitions, partnering closely with hiring leaders, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding supportOwn a book of business aligned to insurance operations, supporting roles that interact directly with members/customersPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure alignment on candidate profilesUtilize Workday for job postings and requisition management, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the hiring process
