We are recruiting a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Hounslow, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties. The Role

• Support teachers in planning and delivering structured lessons for SEN pupils
• Lead small group and 1:1 interventions to reinforce learning
• Assist pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social development
• Supervise and mentor other support staff where required
• Help maintain a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
