Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Key responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in collaboration with teachers, adapting the curriculum to meet the needs of children with SEMH.

* Work one-on-one and in small groups to provide focused learning and emotional support.

* Foster trust and positive relationships with students to encourage confidence and resilience.

* Promote a calm and inclusive classroom environment, using effective strategies to manage behaviour.
