:The Business Production Support Associate Advisor works with the other team members to support the maintenance and development of accounting and finance applications. Key stakeholder partners will be Accounting, Finance, Technical Teams and Automation and AI teams.
Serve as the primary contact for supporting the enterprise applications (Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, Virtual Trader, Spreadsheet Server) for the application user community as well as enterprise application IT support, coordinating efforts and resource requests with each group. Ultimately responsible for providing their user base with a dependable and stable application and one that produces the results expected by their customers.Responsible for ensuring enterprise application production issues impacting customers are timely and accurately responded to and resolved with strategies which minimize impacts to their customer.
