**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**What you will do in this role:**

+ **You will complete medical releases, injury reports, Workers Comp forms, and monthly referral logs**

+ **You will assist with managing patient charts including assembling new patient charts, organizing medical records for subpoenas, and patient chart delivery**

+ **You will code workers comp encounter forms and set up workers comp accounts in the system **

+ **You will code and charge out x-ray **

**What Qualifications you will need:**

+ **One year of experience as a HIM Tech supporting a physician practice is highly preferred**

+ **Experience using an EHR system is extremely helpful**
