Position Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Answering all incoming inquiries received from Customers and sales teams
  • Processing all incoming orders received via phone
  • Developing a sound product knowledge
  • Enhance customer satisfaction, build good relationships on the phone or in person
  • Generate rental agreements and data entry/ other duties as required by the Branch Manager

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in a similar role  advantageous
  • Sound computer skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Mechanical mindset or a trade background advantageous
  • Ability to hit the ground running
