JOB DETAILS

1)Responsible for determining the preventive maintenance schedule.
2)Responsible for the preventive maintenance activities to be conducted on time and as per schedule.

3)Responsible for reducing the production stoppages because of machine break down.

4)Responsible for all maintenance activities of machinery and Utilities and their Corrective & Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, planning for Spares Procurement etc.

5)To train departmental Personnel for effective maintenance.

6)To implement quality system in department.

7)To prepare and review, preventive maintenance schedule for production and utility equipment’s.

8)Responsible in supporting software validation, all IT related procedures and processes.
