Responsibilities

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the youth in achieving their goals through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Implement Behavior Plans: Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the supervising BCBA

Behavioral Support Strategies: Utilize behavior-analytic strategies to support the youth

Accurately track client progress

Client Engagement: Provide positive reinforcement and professional communication to encourage skill development and behavior improvement
