***Homecare intake assessments and supervisor visits, LIMITED CLINICAL DUTIES***

Responsibilities

+ Conduct in take assessments, servicing NYC

+ Handle 20-25 cases weekly, consisting of in take and supervisor visits. (Intake, 1 hour. Supervisory, 15 minutes)

+ CREATE your own schedule. 3 12s, 4 10s, 5 8s.

Essential Skills

+ Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.

+ MUST BE Bilingual in Spanish & English
