Job Purpose

To lead and optimize the company's import/export operations in Singapore, ensuring compliant, on‑time, and cost‑effective trade execution while driving profitability and sustainable growth.

Location & Work Schedule

Singapore. Time: 9 AM to 6 PM. Week off: Sat & Sun.

Responsibilities

• Prepare T/T online for Banking Transactions
• File all documents in the respective files on a daily basis
• Follow‑up with Bank for TR, DP, CAD, DA, Export IF Financing, LC discounting
• Prepare & submit documents under DP, CAD, DA, LC & OA
• Prepare & submit TR & Export IF applications to banks
• Follow‑up with Bank & agents for documents & payments under DP, CAD, DA, LC & OA
• Issue C/O & insurance as & when required
• Dispatch original documents to buyers as & when advised
• If required, you may need to go out of office for urgent work (Banks / Shipping Agent's Office)
