**Responsibilities:**

+ Rotate tasks between washing, prepping, loading, and unloading the paint line.
+ Train in powder coating techniques.
+ Spray powder coat paint on metal parts.
+ Conduct quality inspections to ensure paint application quality.

**Essential Skills (Not Mandatory):**

+ 6+ months of manufacturing or general labor experience.
+ Ability to lift 50 pounds and manage metal parts on the racking.
+ General labor skills.
+ Experience in loading and unloading production materials.
+ Knowledge of racking and painting processes.

**Pay & Shift:**

+ All the shifts are available.
+ Pay is based on Experience - can get higher pay.
+ Entry level candidates with Hobby Mechanical works are accepted too.
