Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lesson plans for Grades 7 to 9 English as per the Maharashtra State Board syllabus.
Use a variety of teaching strategies and technology tools to support diverse learning styles and promote active participation.
Assess student performance through regular quizzes, assignments, projects, and examinations; provide timely and constructive feedback.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records; communicate with parents and guardians on student development and challenges.
