You would be responsible for routine and non-routine activities involved in histologic preparations. Troubleshoots minor equipment failures, prepares reagents, solutions, and control slides. Performs Special Staining procedures. Prepares reports and ensures that quality control criteria are approved by the pathologist. May provide training and modification of SOP’s.
