**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Responsible for the performance of various histological procedures, techniques and processes utilized in the Histology and/or Dermatopathology Laboratory.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):**

+ Associate degree in chemical, physical, biological science, medical laboratory science or equivalent education or
+ Successful completion of a NAACLS accredited Histotechnology program or high school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of clinical work experience in an accredited histopathology laboratory

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):**
