Job Description
New Directions are seeking dedicated, flexible and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to cover on a supply basis in supportive and inclusive schools based in Rhondda Cynon Taff. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering across KS1 and KS2 classes.
Requirements
HLTA or Level 4 qualification. Experience working with children in an educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Good organisational and time-management skills. Key Responsibilities
