- Supervise daily quality control activities, including Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC). - Ensure products meet customer specifications, quality standards, and company requirements. - Monitor quality performance and analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. - Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). - Handle customer complaints and coordinate with related departments to ensure timely resolution. - Lead quality improvement activities using QC tools, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies. - Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, customer requirements, and company quality procedures. - Manage, train, coach, and evaluate QC inspectors and technicians. - Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, Production Pla...
