Position Overview

            Career Progression Opportunity  Career progression opportunity (eg: Retail to HNW segment as Case Manager) 
 Responsibilities  Provide sales support to Insurance Brokers 
Liaise with Insurance Brokers, Clients and external party to arrange medical appointments and prepare documentation (onboarding and policy) 
Submission of application documentation 
Monitor and update Insurance Brokers on their pipeline and cases, ensuring all sales meetings are accurately maintained in the system. 
Ensure all client documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal and insurance company due diligence standards. 
Manage all assigned cases through to completion, including follow-ups and negotiations with insurers, underwriters and Compliance team 
 Requirements  1-3 years of experience as Retail/HNW Case Manager
