Responsibilities - Accountable for doors delivery on-time, on-quality and on costs for all SA/WB programs
- Accountable for AHMQ's P&L
- Accountable for Risk management activities for the AHMQ perimeter
- Contribute to & breakdown of industrial targets such as Product Cost, lead-time, inventory, productivity, etc.
- Ensure Ramp-up readiness
- Planning, alignment, tracking, management, and reporting of the Budget/Operating Plan (inside Airbus Helicopters)
- Integration of all operational matters (Ramp-up, modifications, major changes, etc.) into planning and coordination of contributing departments (Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Finance, etc.)
