The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent Caregivers for the organization. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The Recruiter will collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
