The Opportunity 

It takes a special person to be a Home Care Worker and help the older members of our community to maintain their home and enhance their wellbeing. We are looking for a person with at least 3 months experience in a similar professional role (no Cert 3 required), to join the Silverchain team in the Brisbane North area.
