Home Care Worker – UK Sponsorship Available

Hope Homecare is looking for caring, trustworthy, and committed home care workers to join our nurse‑led team. You will support adults and children in their homes, especially those with complex care needs, while encouraging independence, dignity, and person‑centred care.

Principal Tasks and Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as clothing, grooming, bathing, using the restroom, and maintaining continence.
• Assist clients with mobility, handling, and safe use of equipment.
• Help administer medications and monitor the welfare of service users.
• Prepare meals and support hydration and nutrition.
