Position Summary

Aire Serv of Northeastern Minnesota is looking for a Home Comfort Designer / Outside Sales Representative to help residential and light commercial customers find the right heating, cooling, and indoor comfort solutions.

This role combines high-level customer interaction with technical HVAC system design. You’ll meet with customers, evaluate their comfort needs, perform heat gain and heat loss calculations, design proper system options, and present clear, professional proposals.

The right person for this role is organized, self-motivated, technically curious, and comfortable building relationships with customers.
