JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing support with the management of new manufactured home setup according to the Company’s standards and processes. Maintains construction schedules, aid in construction invoicing review and processing, tracks service/warranty repairs to completion, management and reconciliation of appropriate billbacks to responsible parties and ensures customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the construction process.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collects and consolidates various manufacturers online and offline unit production information.

Aggregates construction schedules and timelines from Construction & Operational team members.
