What does a Home Equity Specialist do?

A Home Equity Specialist is responsible for providing a broad range of services to customers of our Community Offices; achieving service goals as established in Bank’s annual operating plan; complying with operating policies and procedures established for the Consumer Lending function; communicating with appropriate personnel; responding to inquiries or requests for information; and maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports, as required.

What competencies are needed to be successful in this role?

+ An associate degree or equivalent preferred.

+ A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in banking and/or real estate lending/ law firm real estate processing normally required.

+ Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills.
