**Position:** Physical Therapist

**Location:** Lakeport, CA

**Setting:** Home Health

**Duration:** 13-weeks

**Patient Load:** 4-5 Patients per day

**Compensation**

**Travel Package:** $3,206/week + mileage reimbursement

*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package*

+ Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

**Requirements**

+ CA PT License
+ 1+ yrs experience as an HH Physical Therapist
+ Willingness to travel between patients - Mileage reimbursement provided!
+ CA driver's license & auto insurance is a MUST!
