Mercy Home Health, a member of Trinity Health, has an immediate opening for a Speech Language Pathologist (Speech Therapist) for the greater Philadelphia Area.

Consults, evaluates, plans and administers skilled Speech Therapy services prescribed by a physician to homebound patients to restore function, communication and cognitive ability to restore maximal potential and prevent disability following illness, disease, injury, or surgery. Collaborates with Inter-disciplinary team members to assure patient's needs are met, and quality of care is achieved.
