Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Home Loan Consultant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Home Loan Consultant will meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial situations and homeownership goals, and recommend suitable mortgage products and solutions. Daily responsibilities include explaining loan terms and conditions, collecting and verifying documentation, coordinating with lenders and internal teams, and guiding clients through the loan application and approval process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, following regulatory and company policies, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to sales targets through proactive lead follow-up and relationship management.
