A small nursing home in East Leeds is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a full‑occupancy service for older adults living with dementia. The home has been through a turnaround project and is now ready for its next chapter under new ownership.

The home is currently rated Requires Improvement with CQC and has clear plans in place to move to Good. You will have the support, autonomy and space to lead the home in a way that reflects your experience and judgement.
