**Job Summary:** Provide home visit services, curriculum delivery, data collection, program pre-and post-testing, and function as program/community liaison in any programmatic group settings. You will report to the Director of CVA.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. You will conduct meetings to introduce/provide ongoing information.
2. Provide curricula in home visit settings and group family training, offering clients full range of ready-to-use program referral network services.
3. Serve as a contact for clients and represent them to internal and external sources of assistance.
4. Collect data by pre- and post-compile in simple reports for submission to Program Director.
5. You will prepare and maintain all required records and reports.
