Our client is offering the following benefits:

Annual Salary: $85,000-$93,000

Health Insurance After 90 Days

Monthly Vehicle Stipend

Company Vehicle After 90 Days

PTO- 21 Days Including Holidays

Responsibilities:

Travel to SNF, Assisted Living and Home

Participate in 5-6pm Huddle to Support On Call Staff

12 to 15 Patient Case Load

Monday- Friday 9 to 5

Call Split Between 4 Nurses, (One Weekend a Month Required)
