**Gentiva Hospice is hiring a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to support Pittsburgh, Wexford, and New Castle areas.**



The **Nurse Practitioner** will serve in a dual Hospice and Palliative Care role. In this position, they will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the continuum of serious illness, supporting patients in both palliative and hospice settings. The role includes a blend of hospice and palliative responsibilities with flexibility based on patient census and program needs.
