Rate: $5/hr and earn up to PHP 50,000 +/month

Schedule: Thursday - Monday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm PST, with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

The Hospice QA RN is responsible for auditing clinical records, ensuring compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards. This role supports accurate documentation, survey readiness, and quality outcomes across the hospice program.

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Minimum 2–3 years Hospice clinical experience.

• Prior Quality Assurance / Chart Review experience required.

Required Technical Experience

• Must have hands‑on experience with WellSky / Kinnser Hospice EMR.

• Strong proficiency in hospice documentation workflows within Kinnser.

• Experience auditing electronic hospice charts.
