LOCUM- Hospice UPDATE 2/19: Looking for two more providers for this coverage need.

PROVIDER MUST HAVE ACTIVE WA License or IMLC AND WA DEA for this assignment as they will be treating patients in the southwest WA area as it is considered apart of the Portland metro area.

MUST have the OR License and OR DEA LICENSE MUST BE IN HAND TO BE PRESENTED TO THIS NEED.

We are looking for one full time providers to provide telehealth coverage in Portland. Provider will work Monday-Friday (8am-5pm and can take a lunch when able to during that time). They will take call 4-6 nights a month, plus approximately 1...
