Hospital Director

About the role

Iris Care Group is seeking an experienced and values-led Hospital Director to provide senior operational, clinical and strategic leadership at Heatherwood Court Hospital, an inpatient mental health service supporting adults with complex mental health, forensic, behavioural and safeguarding needs.

This is a key leadership role with responsibility for ensuring the safe, effective and compassionate delivery of care, treatment, rehabilitation and risk management. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, promote a therapeutic and least restrictive culture, and ensure the hospital delivers high standards of quality, safety, clinical governance, regulatory compliance and patient-centred care.
