**Summary:**

The Hospital Quality Leader (HQL) for health system quality collaboratives is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the collaborative agenda, meeting, preparatory meeting, project management and follow up on collaborative tasks and initiatives. The HQL will assist and coordinate with the Collaborative Chairs regarding system-wide quality objectives and key initiatives.
