**SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION:**
Coordinate the centralized planning and execution of new hospital openings, relocations, consolidations,
closures, and remodels by aligning field teams, CTS, and MVH through standardized processes, accurate
documentation, and proactive communication. Ensure the efficient and principled use of equipment and
materials across assigned markets to prevent waste and support operational readiness. Prepare field and
hospital leaders to plan and deliver orientation and onboarding by coordinating facilities, safety, and logistical requirements. Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, data‑driven insights, and regular communication regarding progress and risks to appropriate stakeholders informed of progress and risks.
