Baltimore, MD metro area – Hybrid Hospitalist and SNFist position (2 openings for 2026 start date)
Job will consist of covering inpatient hospital rounds on admitted patients in the morning and covering a skilled nursing facility in the afternoons. Option to do a mix of primary care and SNF rounding as well if you prefer this mixture. Hospitals and skilled nursing facilities are all located in the Baltimore, MD metro area. Employed through a private practice in Baltimore, MD with large primary care base and several SNF contracts. Flexible hours as you can start your day when you desire (only requirement is to see your 22 patients per day) One weekend of coverage per month.
