Multi-specialty, independent medical group seeks BC/BE Internists & Family Practitioners to join their team Average hospitalist earns 300-350k and nocturnists earn on average 400-425k – compensation is tied to schedule and productivity Flexible schedule provided – option for 7 on/7 off if desired Full-time is 16-18 shifts per month Three opportunities available – opportunities in metropolitan, suburban, and rural communities Average of 16-18 patients per shift Hospitals vary with open and closed ICU: Hospital 1: Open ICU, Secondary code coverage Hospital 2: Closed ICU, Secondary code coverage Hospital 3: Open ICU, Primary code coverage Physicians start their day with a rounding list and are asked to be in the hospital by 8:30am.
