            Nocturnist - Full-TimeSyracuse, New YorkPosition OverviewSeeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician
Full-time Nocturnist role
Established, physician-led Hospitalist team
Mission-driven, collegial environment
Strong subspecialty backup
Schedule7-on / 7-off rotation
12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Weekends included in rotation
No additional call requirement (coverage provided during scheduled night shifts)
Clinical ResponsibilitiesOvernight inpatient care
Admissions and cross-coverage
Closed ICU rounding on Hospitalist patients
Comprehensive H&Ps
Manage acute changes in patient condition
Coordinate discharge and follow-up planning
Collaborate with subspecialists and multidisciplinary teams
