Position Overview

            Locums - Hospitalist and Nocturnist coverage for Washington D.C.Clinical Role:Hospitalists and Nocturnists needed with September 1 target start date
Temp privileges possible with clean files
Ongoing coverage opportunity
Shift times are 7a - 7p and 7p -7a
Day shift responsibilities are primarily rounding and includes admissions Friday thru Sunday
Average day shift encounters is 15.6
3 Hospitalists on during day shift
APP on 9a-7p Monday thru Thursday; hours may change
8-9 Admissons on nights on average; also provide cross-coverage
No procedures required, can request if have recent experience
Closed ICU
24 hour coverage of ICU provided by Intensivists
Hospitalist team responds to cods when available and does partiicipate in RRT
130 bed hospital with Level III Trauma
Requirements:Board Certified or truly Board Eligilbe Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
