Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Prospect and secure corporate accounts / Government accounts, group bookings, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) business.
- Relationship Management: Interface with PCOs (Professional Conference Organizers), event planners, and procurement officers.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation and property site inspections to contract finalization.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/annual occupancy and revenue targets
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Sales role within hospitality
Previous experience working with Government accounts
Previous Conferencing experience
