**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The Chili's Host provides a warm, welcoming greeting to our guests. You will responsible for providing a great guest dining experience. The Chili's Host will also ensure guests are seated promptly and provide a sincere and heartfelt thank you to each guest as they leave. You will report to the General Manager or Shift Lead.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. You will maintain a cheerful disposition and a neat, clean, and professional image.
2. Need proficient knowledge of the menu to explain our offerings to the Guests, inform them of current food promotions and specials, and answer my questions.
3. Greet guests and open the door for each Guest upon entering and departing.
4. Assess the guest demeanor and identify when behavior are called to the attention of a Manager.
