Carne Mare is an Italian chophouse by Chef Andrew Carmellini offering prime cuts of steaks, fine seafood, and Italian specialties. The menu by Chef Carmellini and Chef della Cucina Brendan Scott begins with fine seafood, cocktails, oysters, traditional antipasti, salads and carpaccio.
