JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for delivering best in class guest experience by providing prompt, friendly, and courteous assistances to guests, answering questions and directing them within the Universal Horror Unleashed restaurant. Must be familiar with various restaurant cuisines, basic menu offerings, dietary restrictions, and allergies. Maintains knowledgeable of the seating chart and manages the waiting list.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


+ Welcomes and greets guests, accommodates guests with special needs, quotes wait times, maintains an efficient wait list, directs guests to appropriate waiting areas and takes reservations. Escorts guests to table, reviews menu specials and provide guests with menus.

+ Answers questions about the specific food operation and possesses full knowledge of food and beverage products served.
